Neeco Living is located in Glen Innes, Regional NSW. If you are a local you can use code #GLEN2370 at checkout for free delivery within town limits or loacal pickup.
We generally ship through Australia Post this is done at a standard shipping rate although if you select express shipping you will be sent tracking details when you item is shipped.
Products may vary most of our products are working with wood and there are natural differences in the grain and cuts. Designs will always be almost identical to those shown in our images. Colours may vary due to differences on screens.
As each item is custom made just for you there maybe slight variations, sometimes to make a design work for certain names and/or requests.
YES! and we love the challenge!
Please send through your brief through our contact us page and we will reach out to discuss. Sometimes (not always) there maybe a longer wait period than the standard 5-7 days due to the design and approval process. Nothing will be sent to production until you sign off on the design.
Be careful when ordering from a phone with predictive text!
Weather it is an honest mistake or a technical glitch due to predictive text unless you phone and email us almost immediately we can not guarantee that you will beat the production line. It is your responsibility to ensure all names, dates are correct when ordering.
We are working parents and are working around the clock to ensure our household stays standing therefor drders are designed very fast after your order is placed therefore we may have already spent time designing the item and cannot redo this free of charge. It may have also already been cut by the time you contact us, in which case the product would then have to go in the bin, costing us money. So please be careful and ensure correct spelling is entered at the time of purchase to ensure everyone is happy :)
